A diagnostic assessment is a crucial first step in understanding your experiences and guiding effective treatment. During the assessment, I will ask questions to gain a clear picture of your challenges, help you define future goals, and create a tailored plan for your next steps.

Individual Treatment

I provide evidence-based interventions for posttraumatic stress, including cognitive processing therapy (CPT) and prolonged exposure (PE). I am experienced in working with specialty populations such as first-responders and military personnel.

I can work with you on a number of anxiety-related concerns, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks or panic disorder, specific phobias, and stress/burnout.
I also have a special interest in perinatal mental health, including postpartum anxiety.

I will work with you to overcome negative thinking, increase your engagement in daily life, and get back to feeling happier. Treatment for depression may involve cognitive therapy, behavioral activation, acceptance and committment therapy, and/or mindfulness-based approaches.

I am experienced in helping individuals overcome OCD using exposure and response prevention (ERP) and acceptance-based techniques. Together, we will examine the triggers for your obsessions and compulsions, develop tolerance for obsessive thinking, and gradually work toward reducing compulsive behaviors.

I provide cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia, a brief and highly effective treatment to help you sleep better - quickly.

Together, we can work through a number of additional problems or experiences that you may be facing, including grief, coping with major life transitions, low self-esteem, body image concerns, and social adjustment.
Couples Treatment for PTSD
Posttraumatic stress can affect both individuals and their closest relationships. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy (CBCT) for PTSD, an evidence-based treatment designed to support individuals and their loved ones impacted by posttraumatic stress. Together, we’ll work to rebuild trust, enhance communication, and address the specific challenges that PTSD brings to your relationship.
