Ariella Lenton-Brym, Ph.D., C.Psych.

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in both Ontario and New York, offering psychological assessments and treatment for adults, as well as specialized couples therapy for those impacted by posttraumatic stress.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I draw on evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions to provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change, helping you overcome challenges and build a more fulfilling life.

My primary areas of practice include anxiety, posttraumatic stress, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I also work with individuals struggling with depression, insomnia, and chronic pain.
